Lado Lakshmi Yojana: The Haryana government has changed the payment method for the Lado Lakshmi Yojana. Instead of 2100 rupees per month, 6300 rupees will be transferred to women's accounts every three months.

State governments across the country run various schemes for women. Haryana is also on the same page. Under the Lado Lakshmi Yojana, eligible women were given 2100 rupees per month. Now, the government is making a major change.

The Nayab Saini government in Haryana recently released the second installment of the Lado Lakshmi Yojana. The Chief Minister released the amount by pressing a button at the event, and 2100 rupees were directly transferred to the accounts of millions of women. The first installment was released on November 1st, and now, more than 700,000 women have benefited from it.

Releasing the second installment, the Chief Minister congratulated the eligible women and stated that the government's promises are being fulfilled on time. He also stated that the payment speed is being changed to further strengthen the Lado Laxmi Scheme.

This will help women better plan their needs. A key change in the scheme is that they will no longer receive ₹2,100 per month. Instead, the government will send ₹6,300 in lump sums every three months. The amount remains the same, just a one-time payment.

This will simplify managing major expenses and reduce transactions. The government argues that this will further enhance the scheme's effectiveness. Application and verification are completely online. The Chief Minister stated that the Lado Laxmi app was launched on Deendayal Upadhyaya's birth anniversary.

So far, more than 558,000 women have completed their Aadhaar KYC, and verification for approximately 143,000 women is pending. Once the application is completed, identity and documentation verification are completed within 24 to 48 hours.

The Haryana government has limited the scope of benefits to women aged 23 years and above. Family income limits are set, and the woman must have been a resident of Haryana for at least 15 years. Multiple women from the same family can also benefit from this scheme.
