Daily Workout Routine
Shweta starts her mornings with a brisk walk and completes around 10,000 steps daily. Along with walking, she also includes cycling in her routine. What She Eats in a Day
Her day begins with drinking 500 ml of water mixed with collagen. Lunch includes a large bowl of lentils, plenty of vegetables, and two tablespoons of cooked rice. At around 5:30 pm, she enjoys coffee along with mixed nuts. Dinner is kept light at 8:30 pm and usually includes tofu with vegetables, giving her the right balance of protein and nutrition.
