The story of life after death: The Bhagavad Gita says that anyone born in this world is destined to die one day. But a miraculous incident has happened to a young woman. She has come back to life after dying. For about seven minutes, her body had turned into a lifeless corpse, and everyone assumed she was dead. Then suddenly, her body trembled and her heart began to beat again. Now, the girl has shared her terrifying experience with the world. She has described what happened to her in those seven minutes after her death. This story of the young woman dying and coming back to life is now going viral all over the world.

According to a report in the Daily Mirror UK, 22-year-old Courtney Stocks, who lives in Ilkeston, Derbyshire, UK, works as a dog groomer. A fitness enthusiast, she walks approximately 10,000 steps daily. She also abstains from smoking, vaping, and alcohol.

Courtney says that on November 16th, she was home alone when her parents came to visit. She was talking to them on the sofa. Meanwhile, her father called and came out into the garden to talk. A few minutes later, she went out to meet him and suddenly collapsed in the garden.

The father immediately started CPR.

As soon as father Chris Watchorn saw his daughter collapse, he immediately rushed over. He checked for a pulse and heartbeat, but they had completely stopped, and Courtney had passed away. The terrified father, at a loss for words, immediately began CPR, while her mother immediately called an ambulance.

After seven minutes, her heart started to beat again, thanks to her father's persistent CPR. By then, an ambulance had arrived. Courtney, lying unconscious, was immediately rushed to the nearby Royal Derby Hospital. She spent three days in the intensive care unit and was then transferred to the cardiac ward.

She suffered from a heart condition since birth.

During the examination, doctors discovered that Courtney had been suffering from a heart condition since birth. This condition is scientifically known as Mitral Annular Disjunction. It is a structural defect of the heart that can lead to cardiac arrest. To prevent a recurrence of this condition, she was fitted with an implantable defibrillator.

Courtney says she had no serious health problems before her death. However, she had been experiencing heart palpitations and dizziness for the past few weeks, but she ignored them, thinking they were just anxiety. Doctors determined this triggered her cardiac arrest.

I am alive today because of my father – Courtney

Courtney, who came back from the brink of death, is now sharing her experience with the world. She says, "I had this condition since birth, so this situation was bound to happen someday. But stress triggered it prematurely." She explains, "I'm a very stressed person. Small things take a toll on me. I never could have imagined it was so serious."

Calling her father a form of God, Courtney says, "Dad is the reason I'm alive today. If he hadn't been home at that time, I wouldn't be here today. I would be dead."

Courtney is now using this experience to educate the world about health. Her family and doctors say that her father's immediate CPR was the key factor in saving her life.
