“Sangh Says Truth Is Not, Power Matters”
Rahul Gandhi on this occasion referred to a statement made by Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat in Andaman and Nicobar. Mohan Bhagwat said, “The world believes not in truth but in power, in the hands of which power is believed.” Rahul Gandhi said, “This is the ideology of Mohan Bhagwat and the RSS. The ideology of every religion in the world says that truth is most important. But Bhagwat says truth is not necessary, power is most important.”
Modi-Shah will be removed on the strength of truth
Congress MP and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi said that in our religion it is said ‘Satyam Shivam Sundaram’ which means truth is considered the most important thing. This country runs on truth. The people of the country understand the truth and fight for the truth. “But truth is not important for the Sangh, power is important. However, I assure you that we will oust this government of Narendra Modi, Amit Shah and RSS from power on the strength of truth.”
Election Commission is working for BJP
Rahul Gandhi made serious allegations against the Election Commission. He said, “The Election Commission is working for the BJP. The Commission has not answered my question. They are on the side of lies.” He alleged that PM Modi changed the law for Election Commissioner. Dyanesh Kumar, Dr. Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Dr. Prime Minister changed the law for Vivek Joshi.

Rahul Gandhi said, “Amit Shah’s hands were being chopped off in the assembly hall. He is brave only as long as he has power. The day the power goes, the day his bravery goes.”
Priyanka Gandhi challenges BJP
Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra challenged BJP. She said that the National Anthem is discussed in Parliament, but the BJP does not have the guts to discuss the issues people are struggling with – unemployment, inflation, paper leaks. “I challenge the BJP to once and for all show a fair election on the ballot paper. They will never win and the BJP knows this too.” Priyanka Gandhi said that for the first time in history, the entire opposition party is saying that we no longer have faith in the Election Commission.
