Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma came to play in the Vijay Hazare Trophy match, both of them scored centuries but millions of their fans could not see the batting of both of them. Both these matches were not broadcast live. Nor was there online streaming of these matches. Since then, fans have opened a front against the world's richest cricket board. Fans are blaming BCCI as to why the matches of such big giants were not shown. Meanwhile, a news has come out which may further increase the anger of the fans. This news is about the profits of BCCI.
According to the report of Cricbuzz, BCCI has made a huge profit of Rs 3358 crore in the year 2025. The Indian Board had faced the shock of breaking the deal like Dream XI in 2025, but despite this, BCCI has got tremendous benefits. To overcome this setback, BCCI signed agreements with companies like Apollo Tires and Adidas. However, BCCI's income from ICC has declined. BCCI gets 38.5 percent of ICC's total earnings, which is the highest compared to other cricket boards. However, despite this decline, BCCI can earn Rs 8963 crore in the 2025-26 financial year.
