Material
Fine servings – 1 cup
Full cream milk – 1 liter
Sugar – 3/4 cup (as per taste)
Ghee – 3 tbsp
Cashews – 10 to 12 (chopped)
Almonds – 8 to 10 (chopped)
Pistachios – 8 to 10 (chopped)
Raisins – 1 tablespoon
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Saffron – 8 to 10 sticks (soaked in warm milk)
Rose water – 1 tsp (optional)

For this, first of all, add milk to a thick bottomed pan and keep it boiling on medium heat. Let the milk boil on low heat till it thickens a bit.
Heat ghee in another pan, add seva and stir fry on low flame until golden.
Add cashews, almonds, pistachios and raisins to the roasted seva and fry lightly.
Slowly add these roasted seva to the boiling milk and mix well.
Let the seva cook on low flame till it becomes soft. Stir occasionally.
Now add sugar, cardamom powder and saffron milk. Cook until the sugar dissolves completely.
Finally add rose water and switch off the flame. Nawabi seva is ready when it becomes slightly thick and fragrant.
