According to this notification, the physical test and document verification process will begin from January 5, 2026, in 20 districts of Uttar Pradesh. How much distance to run?
Candidates who have cleared the UP Police SI recruitment 2023 written examination will now undergo a Physical Efficiency Test (PET). Male candidates will have to complete a 4.8-kilometer run in 28 minutes, while female candidates will have to complete a 2.4-kilometer run in 16 minutes.

921 SI vacancies in UP Police
UPPPRB had issued a notification on December 28, 2023, for the recruitment of 921 posts in the confidential, clerical, and accounts departments under the UP Police SI Recruitment 2023. The application process for these posts was conducted from January 7 to January 28, 2024. The written exam results were released recently. Now, the physical test and document verification process will be conducted. Successful candidates will then have to appear for the typing and shorthand tests. After that, the final merit list will be prepared.
