IIT Indore offers an attractive pay structure as per the 7th Pay Commission, along with HRA and other applicable allowances. The approximate monthly salary details are as follows:

• Assistant Professor Grade II (Pay Level 10):

  • Basic Pay: ₹70,900 per month

  • Approximate Gross Salary (including HRA and allowances): ₹1,37,578 per month

• Assistant Professor Grade I (Pay Level 12):

  • Basic Pay: ₹1,01,500 per month

  • Approximate Gross Salary: ₹1,92,046 per month
