A senior figure linked to the Comancheros outlaw motorcycle gang has been charged with supplying firearms and hundreds of thousands of dollars’ worth of drugs after elite Raptor Squad officers raided two homes in Sydney’s south-west, police say.
The Comancheros Outlaw Motorcycle Gang (OMCG) is one of Australia’s most prominent and long-standing outlaw bikie groups. Founded in Sydney in the late 1960s, the club has grown into a national and international organisation, with chapters across Australia and overseas. In recent years, the gang has been linked to a series of brawls, skirmishes and targeted killings within Sydney’s criminal underworld.
Members are known for wearing the distinctive gold-and-black “Comanchero” patch, a symbol closely monitored by law-enforcement agencies.
Police carried out early-morning raids at two homes in Busby and Ashcroft yesterday as part of an investigation into the supply of drugs and weapons in Sydney.
Police seized drugs and cash during the raids, arresting a 37-year-old man at the Busby property.
Police allege that between June 2025 and January 2026, the man supplied two weapons and drugs with an estimated value of $300,000.
According to 9News website, after being taken to Liverpool Police Station, the man was charged with multiple offences, including eight counts of supplying a prohibited drug, an indictable offence and two counts of supplying an unregistered firearm.
Bail was refused, and he was scheduled to appear today in Bail Division Court 6.
