It is bitterly cold all over the country. During the cold days everyone wants to eat some sparkling and hot food. From breakfast to dinner, a colorful feast of many different dishes is made. But after getting tired of eating dal bhaat or the same typical pulao rice all the time, some want to try something new. In that case you can make instant pavta rice. You can also add different vegetables to this rice. If hot flavored rice is included in the meal, four ghas are added. During the cold days, there are plenty of paats available in the market. Materials:
Wet chickpea pods
Onion
tomato
Pulao masala
Rice
salt
Red chillies
Turmeric
salt
Mustard, cumin
curry leaves
Ginger garlic chili paste
Mix vegetables
Old coconut

Action:
To make pavta rice, first of all, remove the husk of pavta and keep the grains in water for sometime.
Heat oil or ghee in a cooker, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and asafoetida and mix. Then add curry leaves and onion, tomatoes and mix.
Add salt to taste to cook the onion quickly. This will cook the onions and tomatoes quickly. After the onion is cooked, add ginger garlic chili paste and mix it.
Then add red chilli, turmeric and garam masala, pulao masala and mix well. After the spices are cooked, add them
Add any mix vegetables and soaked patties as per your preference and mix.
After the vegetables are 50% cooked, add washed rice to it, add water as needed and keep the rice to cook.
After the rice is cooked properly add wet coconut kiss and coriander on top and switch off the flame.
