He said that numerous people have already received notices instructing them to show up for interrogation. We would want to hear what the neighbors and locals saw that morning. He said on Monday that their remarks are essential to determining the order of events. The security registration for the housing complex does not include the names of ED officials. The top Kolkata Police officer said, “Investigators have discovered evidence that the central agency officials allegedly pushed past security guards to enter the premises without adhering to standard entry procedures.”
According to him, there have also been allegations that security personnel’s cell phones were seized without their will during the operation.
When ED officers searched Jain’s home on Loudon Street on Thursday morning, the searches occurred.

The leader of the Trinamool Congress said that during the search, confidential party election documents—both electronic and paper—that were stored in I-PAC’s Sector V office and Jain’s home were taken. These were significant election-related organizational papers. Banerjee claimed that they had been unlawfully removed, and as a result, the ED was the target of complaints at the Bidhannagar Electronic Complex Police Station and Shakespeare Sarani Police Station.
