Students and senior teachers attended the event, which took place on Monday in the Casey Commons Conference Hall on the Seattle University campus. The conversation included a summary of India’s growing artificial intelligence ecosystem and focused on the summit’s subject, “People, Planet, and Progress.”
The organizers described how India is basing its AI strategy on development objectives, such as promoting more economic inclusion and sustainable growth. The purpose of the workshop was to familiarize academics and students with India’s developing position in international AI innovation and policy.
The keynote speaker was Matt Oppenheimer, the CEO of the remittance startup Remitly. He emphasized Remitly’s activities in Bengaluru and discussed the company’s investments in India’s AI-driven future, pointing to the advantages of changes pertaining to the country’s ease of doing business.
