Interest-Free Loan:
The remaining 50% (up to ₹5,00,000) is given as a loan at a nominal interest rate of just 1%, subject to specific conditions laid down by the government.
In addition to financial aid, beneficiaries must undergo mandatory entrepreneurship training, which focuses on business planning, financial management, marketing, and compliance. This training plays a crucial role in reducing business failure risks.
