Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma and her husband, Indian cricket star Virat Kohli, have bought another high-value property near Mumbai. The land is located in Alibagh, a location popular among celebrities.
The property is worth ₹37.86 crore. It spans 5.19 acres. The couple paid ₹2.27 crore as stamp duty for the purchase.
This purchase comes just a few months after the couple relocated to London. The transaction was officially registered on January 13, 2026. Documents confirming the deal were obtained by the real estate consultancy firm CRE Matrix.
Alibagh has long been a favorite destination for Bollywood stars and high-profile personalities. Several well-known names, including Kartik Aaryan, Amitabh Bachchan, and Suhana Khan, are known to own land or properties in this area.
The new acquisition by Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli further strengthens Alibagh’s reputation as a prime choice for celebrities seeking luxury real estate.

The actress further said that Virat never compromises on his sleep, he always makes time for his rest and gets enough sleep.
It should be noted that Kohli recently scored his 30th Test century in a Test against Australia.
