Once you enter the OTP received on your mobile, the complete list will open. It will clearly show the date, time, and the purpose for which the Aadhaar was used.

Suppose you see an entry in the history that you are unaware of. This clearly means that your Aadhaar number has been misused. In such a case, it is important to file a complaint immediately to prevent further damage.

How to File a Complaint

UIDAI has provided several easy ways to file a complaint. You can call the toll-free number 1947, send an email to help@uidai.gov.in, or file an online complaint on the UIDAI website.
