Pakistani singer Shazia Manzoor has finally addressed the long-running controversy surrounding television actress Alizeh Shah’s fall on the ramp during a fashion show in December 2021. The incident, which quickly went viral on social media, sparked rumors that Manzoor had pushed the actress during a live event.

The event took place at the BCW stage, where Alizeh Shah was walking for Nisa Hussain’s bridal collection. Shah, who rose to fame at the age of sixteen with hit TV dramas such as Ehd-e-Wafa, Dil Mom Ka Diya, and Ishq Tamasha, slipped mid-ramp, causing a stir among attendees and viewers online. The footage of the fall circulated widely on social media, triggering debates and accusations against Shazia Manzoor, who was performing alongside her at the show.

Recently, Manzoor spoke to journalist Ambreen Fatima, dismissing all claims of intentional harm. “I swear to God I didn’t push her. She fell on her own,” she said. “Alizeh is such a lovely girl. Who would push someone so beautiful? She looked stunning that day. It seems like she simply faced an unfortunate moment, perhaps the effect of an evil eye.”

Manzoor added that her admiration for Shah remains unchanged. “Alizeh Shah, I love you,” she said, emphasizing that the fall was purely accidental and not the result of any backstage conflict or tension, as rumors had suggested.

The incident had sparked considerable attention on social media, with many users speculating about a rift between the singer and the actress. Some reports even claimed that Manzoor had dragged Shah during the ramp walk, causing her to slip. However, no evidence ever supported these allegations.
