Spinach is a vegetable which is rich in iron, calcium and vitamins. Many women make palak paratha, puri or pakoda for children. But now you can also make spinach gram curry for your children. The specialty of this recipe is that the bitterness of spinach remains hidden in it. Let us know the method of making spinach gram vegetable.

Recipe to make spinach-gram curry

-First of all boil the spinach.

Then filter it and put it in mixer grinder and add half a bowl of curd on top and grind it well.

– Take out the prepared paste in a bowl.

Now turn on the gas and add 2 spoons of mustard oil in the pan.

When the oil becomes hot, add cumin, asafoetida, onion, green chilli and ginger-garlic paste and fry until it turns golden brown.

– After this add red chilli, garam masala, coriander, turmeric and salt and mix well.

– Add some water and fry for 3-4 minutes, until the masala starts releasing oil.

– Now add spinach and curd puree and cover and cook for 5 minutes.

– Finally add pressure cooked black gram and Kasuri methi and stir.

– After cooking for 2 minutes, turn off the gas and serve the vegetable.
