-First of all boil the spinach.
Then filter it and put it in mixer grinder and add half a bowl of curd on top and grind it well.
– Take out the prepared paste in a bowl.
Now turn on the gas and add 2 spoons of mustard oil in the pan.
When the oil becomes hot, add cumin, asafoetida, onion, green chilli and ginger-garlic paste and fry until it turns golden brown.
– After this add red chilli, garam masala, coriander, turmeric and salt and mix well.
– Add some water and fry for 3-4 minutes, until the masala starts releasing oil.
– Now add spinach and curd puree and cover and cook for 5 minutes.
– Finally add pressure cooked black gram and Kasuri methi and stir.
– After cooking for 2 minutes, turn off the gas and serve the vegetable.
