Her bandmate Kim Seung-jae paid tribute to the star in a heartbreaking Instagram post. "Mo Su-jin 1999-2026. We met in 2019, and until 2026, we saw each other at least once a week, seven days a week. You were my closest friend. I agree that no one knows Kim Seung-jae as well as you do. You taught me what happiness is and gave me the strength to go on living," he wrote.
He continued, "Would you have lived a happier life if you had never met me? That thought has crossed my mind hundreds, if not thousands, of times.
"Every time we met, I felt you were not someone who should be wasting time here with me like this, and that made me feel both sorry and grateful to you.
"My colleague, comrade, and soulmate, who was more fully on my side than anyone else in this world. I love you, my younger sister."
Fans also rushed to pay tribute to the star after learning the tragic news.
