It has already been said by the government and its ministers that the accused involved in the entire case will not be spared under any circumstances. The police has been given complete operational freedom. Whoever is responsible will be sent to jail under any circumstances.
Shambhu, a student preparing for NEET, was found unconscious in a hostel room on January 7 in Patna, the capital of Bihar. He was taken to the hospital immediately afterwards. Where he died. The student was admitted to the hospital for about 3 days, where she was undergoing treatment. However, he died on January 10.
The family had accused the girl of hiding the sexual assault and murder. The family members say that there were injury marks on the student's body and the condition of the room was also not good.
Sexual assault was not confirmed in the post-mortem of the body. After this, the family members kept the dead body and blocked the road. After this, a case was registered against 6 people. Just two days later, the police themselves admitted that sexual assault had taken place. A man's semen was found on her clothes, which strengthened the suspicion of sexual assault. The entire matter has been investigated by SIT. However, the family is not happy with this investigation. This is the reason why the state government has now decided to hand over the case to CBI.
