Materials:

  • Pvt
  • Masala peanuts
  • Finely chopped onion
  • Fresh pomegranate seeds
  • Chev
  • Coriander leaves
  • Butter
  • Spicy Garlic Chutney
  • Tamarind Chutney

Action:

  • To make Dabelli, first of all, heat oil in a pan. Add dabeli masala in hot oil and saute.
  • Then add mashed potato and salt to taste and mix. Mix the potato well in the spices.
  • Add the tamarind chutney to the potato mixture. Take the prepared masala in a bowl and top it with chopped coriander and pomegranate seeds.
  • Cut the bread into two halves and spread garlic chutney on one side and tamarind chutney on the other side.
  • Then fill the prepared masala in the pan. Add some chopped onion, pomegranate seeds and spiced peanuts and keep it on a hot pan.
  • Add butter to a pan and fry the dhabelis until crispy on both sides.
