Samsung's biggest launch event of the year 2026 is now considered to be near. According to new reports and tipster leaks, the Galaxy Unpacked 2026 event may be held on February 25. Flagship smartphones like Galaxy S26, S26 Plus and S26 Ultra are going to be launched in this event. Apart from this, Samsung can also launch its flagship earphones Galaxy Buds 4 Pro in the same event. Although the company has not issued an official invite, but the continuous leaks have made the picture almost clear.
According to South Korean media reports and tipster Evan Blass, the Samsung Unpacked 2026 event can be held in San Francisco on February 25. This will be the company's first major global launch event of 2026. It is being told that the new Galaxy S26 series will be unveiled on this day. The timing of the event may be around 11.30 pm Indian time. It will be streamed live on Samsung's YouTube channel, website and newsroom platform.
According to leaks, the standard Galaxy S26 can have a 6.3-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Samsung's new 2nm Exynos 2600 chipset can be given in the phone, which is considered to be a big upgrade in power efficiency. Galaxy S26 Plus is expected to get a bigger 6.7 inch AMOLED panel. The same Exynos 2600 processor can also be used in the Plus model, so that the performance remains the same.
Galaxy S26 Ultra is being said to be the most powerful model of the series. It is expected to have a 6.9 inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display. According to reports, this model can run on Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. Samsung has also teased the new Privacy Display technology, which may initially be limited to Ultra models only. This feature will help in hiding the screen content from side angles.
According to leaked information, the starting price of Galaxy S26 in India can be around Rs 82,999. Galaxy S26 Plus can start from around Rs 99,999 and Galaxy S26 Ultra can start from around Rs 1,34,999. Galaxy Buds 4 Pro is also expected to be launched at the event. Its new design, flat stem and changed grill pattern are shown in the leaked renders. The sale is expected to start from the beginning of March.
