The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) paper was earlier to be conducted in a single day, which was to be held on February 8 as per the first date. But in view of the increasing number of candidates, both its time table and date have been changed. Let us now tell you about its date and time table.
According to the information, CTET exam will now be conducted on 7th and 8th February at many examination centers across the country. This exam will be conducted in two shifts. However, its admit cards have not been issued yet. According to the information, CTET admit card will be released two days before the paper. That means, the candidates whose paper will be on 8th February, their admit card will be issued on 6th February and those whose paper will be on 7th February, their admit card will be issued on 5th February.
You must be wondering why the time table of the paper had to be changed just a few days before the paper? So let us tell you, this year more than 25 lakh candidates have filled the form for CTET paper, which is a record so far. For this reason CBSE had to change the schedule of the paper. CBSE released its notification on Tuesday, February 3 on its official website. According to the board, due to the large number of forms, the Supreme Court had to take this decision.
Let us tell you, the candidates who want to teach children from class 1 to 8 in government schools. It is necessary for them to appear for CTET paper. At the same time, those who have not given this paper will have to give this paper within 2 years, otherwise they may also lose their job.
According to CBSE, CTET exam will be conducted in 140 cities of the country. In Madhya Pradesh, exam centers have been made in Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Rewa, Satna, Ujjain and Sagar. Let us tell you, this paper will be conducted in two shifts. Whose first shift will be from 9 am to 12 noon. Its second shift will be from 2:30 pm to 5 pm. The time for giving the paper will be 2 hours 30 minutes.
