How much water should one drink in a day in winter?
Even during winter season, it is important to drink about 8-10 glasses of water daily for men and 6-8 glasses of water for women. It is important for common people to aim to drink 2 liters or more water a day. If you are an athlete or exercise daily then the amount of water should be more than this. Active men may require 10-14 glasses, while women may require 8 to 10 glasses. Pregnant and lactating women should increase water intake to 7-10 glasses or more. Even if the weather is winter, it is not necessary that this 2 liters should be full of normal water. It is necessary to take this much liquid. Apart from water, you can also drink these things in winter.
