Fenugreek contains protein and nicotinic acid, which promotes hair growth and prevents hair fall. Make a paste by grinding fenugreek seeds soaked in water overnight and apply it on the scalp. Wash with mild shampoo after 30 minutes. Use this remedy twice a week.
Grandmother always used to say that curry leaves are not just for food but also a boon for hair. Boil curry leaves in coconut oil and cool this oil and apply it on hair. This strengthens the hair roots and makes the hair black and shiny.
