Materials:

  • paneer
  • flour
  • Cornflour
  • Bread crumbs
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Black pepper powder
  • Chaat masala
  • Red chillies
  • salt
  • Oil

Action:

  • To make paneer nuggets, first, take the rinsed paneer pieces in a large bowl.
  • Then add black pepper powder, red chilli powder, salt to taste, chaat masala and coriander powder and mix well.
  • Season the paneer mixture and cover it for 10 to 15 minutes. This will infuse the paneer into the spices.
  • Mix flour, cornflour, pinch of salt and water in a bowl to make a thick paste.
  • Add paneer pieces mixed with spices to the prepared paste and mix. After that, put paneer pieces in bread crumbs and mix.
  • Add paneer pieces in hot oil and fry well on both sides.
  • Paneer nuggets made in a simple way are ready. This dish will be loved by everyone from children to adults.
