KVS and NVS Recruitment Results Released for Over 15,700 Positions

The results for the Tier-1 examination aimed at filling more than 15,700 teaching and non-teaching roles within the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) and Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) have been officially announced. Candidates who participated in the exam can access their results and scorecards by visiting the official website, kvsangathan.nic.in. To verify their selection for the Tier-2 examination, candidates need to log in using their registration number and password.


The answer key for this examination was made available on January 31, 2026, allowing candidates to raise objections and review their OMR sheets and answers. The examination took place on January 10 and 11, 2026, at various locations nationwide.

Selection Process Overview

The Tier-1 exam serves as a qualifying test for PRT, PGT, TGT, and most non-teaching roles. Following this, Tier-2 will consist of a 100-mark exam featuring 60 objective and 40 descriptive questions, with a negative marking of 1/4th mark for incorrect answers. This will be succeeded by an interview, also worth 100 marks. The final merit list will be determined by combining 85% of the Tier-2 marks with 15% of the interview scores.

The Tier-2 examination is set to take place from March 27 to 31, 2026, for various positions.
