A majority of Meghan Markle fans have reportedly been left disappointed as they are unable to buy As Ever products under the brand's current shipping policy. According to SimilarWeb data, the amount of visits arriving onto the website was increasing but the issue was the fact that the brand still currently only ships to places across the US.

The data showed that the website attracted 196,831 visits in October, rising to 268,200 by January - an increase of more than 71,000 visitors. The website showed a month-by-month increase, with December attracting 245,982 visits.

According to Newsweek, Meghan's brand - which officially launched in April 2025 - has faced a problem with its geographical reach.

It shared that approximately two-thirds of As Ever's visitors originate from countries outside the United States.

Meghan, 44, has previously expressed her desire to make her brand accessible to people outside of America.

She told the Aspire with Emma Grede podcast in June 2025: "Compliance is different globally when we get into that market, which we will."

Emma then asked her, "You're going global?,", to which Meghan responded: "How can we not?"

The brand underwent a significant transformation before reaching it originally launched.

It was previously meant to launch under the name American Riviera Orchard - a reference to Santa Barbara's nickname - however, trademark issues forced Meghan to consider a different name.

Officially launching under its new name, As Ever released a collection of raspberry spread, teas and baking mixes - selling out within 60 minutes.
