Janhvi Kapoor birthday: Bollywood actor Janhvi Kapoor marked her 29th birthday with a deeply spiritual gesture. The Gunjan Saxena actress chose to begin her big day with prayers at the revered Tirumala Venkateswara Temple. She undertook the traditional pilgrimage route on foot, climbing thousands of steps to reach the hilltop shrine dedicated to Lord Venkateswara.
Videos and photos from the journey quickly surfaced online, showing Janhvi walking barefoot along the sacred path alongside a small group of friends. The actor appeared calm and focused during the climb, occasionally greeting devotees who recognised her along the route.
Janhvi began the trek from the Alipiri Footpath, the main walking route used by pilgrims travelling to Tirumala. The route covers nearly 11 kilometres and includes around 3,550 steps leading to the temple at the top of the hill.
According to reports, the Jerry actress completed the journey barefoot, following the long-standing custom observed by many devotees visiting the shrine. Along the way, she also paused briefly at Mokalamitta, a spiritually significant stop for those undertaking the climb.

After reaching the temple, Janhvi reportedly attended a VIP darshan early in the morning. For the visit, she kept her look understated and traditional, choosing a simple outfit in keeping with the solemn atmosphere of the shrine.

Fans gathered around as the actress walked through the temple complex. Several devotees cheered and greeted her warmly while she made her way toward the darshan.
Janhvi Kapoor has often spoken about her faith and her connection with the Tirumala temple. The actress, daughter of the late legendary star Sridevi and film producer Boney Kapoor, has visited the shrine on multiple occasions in the past.
For many devotees, walking the Alipiri route is considered an act of devotion and gratitude. By choosing the traditional pilgrimage path on her birthday, Janhvi joined thousands of devotees who climb the sacred hill each year seeking blessings from Lord Venkateswara.
