Prince Harry's biographer is convinced things will become complicated for King Charles if Meghan Markle accompanies her husband to the UK in the summer. The Duchess of Sussex, 44, is said to be considering travelling to the UK with Harry, 41, for an Invictus Games event in Birmingham in July. Angela Levin, who spent 15 months with Prince Harry to write his biography, appeared on TalkTV where she expressed her concern about Meghan's plans to presenter Mark Dolan.

"I think they want to go to London and see Charles and try and stay there, or anywhere. They want to come back but [I think] Meghan wants to tear it apart," Angela said. "If she goes there, she will become royal again and she will get money. She will ask for lots of clothes, she will do everything. But if anybody gets her there and keeps her there, it will be a nightmare."

Having spent more than one year gaining an exclusive insight into Harry's life before her book was released in 2018, Angela added that he used to be good at putting on a brave face.

She explained: "He is obviously extremely unhappy, and he can't put on a good face. When we went out, and he was a bit irritable one day, he managed to smile and be happy. He could be very alert, but now he can't."

Commenting on one of Harry and Meghan's recent outings, Angela added: "You see him moving his hand away from her because he doesn't want her to keep hanging on to his arm. It's too much and he can't stand it.

"It's very difficult. But if he doesn't listen to you, then it's very difficult. I think the Royal Family are being very careful because of that. But he doesn't listen, he still believes that Meghan is absolutely wonderful."

The royal biographer is certain that Meghan will attempt to control the situation if Harry returns to royal duties, thus creating a complicated situation for King Charles.

She said: "But if he comes to work in the royal way then it'll be very difficult because she will control it and he can't do that. It's very complicated for the king, who obviously adores his son."
