Often delivery boys ask for ₹20 to ₹50 extra in the name of 'tip' or 'delivery charge'. According to the rules, you have to pay only that price which is written on your gas bill. Delivery charge is already included in the bill.

This is the common emergency and complaint number for entire India. You can lodge a complaint of overcharging against your gas agency at any time by calling this number. Apart from this, you can also complain about any kind of problem or arbitrariness. This is All India Official LPG Helpline. Here you can report directly. Name of the agency, delivery date, how much extra taken and mobile number are required. This complaint goes directly to the oil company.

3. Local Food and Civil Supplies Office
If the agency is causing a lot of trouble at the local level, then the agency can be investigated by going to the Taluka Supply Office or District Food Office and giving a written complaint.

Apart from this, complaint can also be made online by visiting 'My LPG' app or mylpg.in website. Here you can complain in writing. For this, after selecting the agency, upload the proof, then you can generate the complaint number. All these complaints are tracked and the agency has to respond.
