If sources are to be believed, Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI is once again promoting anti-India campaign and is rapidly progressing its secret operations. Under this, terrorist modules are also being prepared by creating their own desks in different countries. Meanwhile, amidst the increasing instability in the neighboring country Myanmar, unusual and frequent visits of foreign nationals to the military bases of Bangladesh has increased the concern of security agencies. Between 10 and 18 January, five foreign nationals, including four Americans and a Canadian, visited several cantonments of the Bangladesh Army, including the strategically important 10th Infantry Division headquarters at Ramu in Cox's Bazar.
