Prime Minister Narendra Modi will speak in the Lok Sabha today on the situation in the Middle East. Regarding this, the BJP high command has instructed all its MPs to be present in the House. It is believed that PM Modi will clarify India's stand on the changing situation in the Middle East, which includes India's diplomatic involvement, concerns about regional stability, and the impact on global energy and trade routes.

This speech of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is taking place at a time when tension has increased significantly in the Middle East. There are obstructions in many important sea routes including the Strait of Hormuz and concerns are increasing regarding the safety of Indian citizens and Indian properties living in this area. Also, Indians are still stranded in many Gulf countries. The PM can also give a statement in his speech regarding the safe return of these Indians. However, the Indian government is evacuating Indians stranded in Gulf countries as part of an operation. This operation is still going on.

PM Modi held a meeting on Sunday

Earlier, in view of the changing situation in the Middle East, the Prime Minister had chaired a high-level meeting on Sunday. In this meeting, he reviewed India's preparedness in important sectors like petroleum, crude oil, natural gas, electricity and fertilizers. In the meeting that lasted 3.30 hours, he clearly said that hoarding and black marketing will not be tolerated at all in the country. Sources said that the PM specifically directed these ministers to ensure uninterrupted supply of all essential commodities by keeping the supply, distribution and logistics situation strong.

The opposition has been continuously demanding debate

Let us tell you that the war between America, Israel and Iran has started from 28th February. Since then, the opposition has been continuously demanding a debate on this issue. The opposition claims that there is a shortage of gas, oil and energy in the country, but the central government says that everything is fine. In such a situation, it is believed that PM Modi will also answer every allegation of the opposition during his speech today.
