High Court Justice Vijay Kumar Shukla himself is reaching Dhar to see the actual condition of the site. This step is also being considered special because the court now wants to directly understand the situation and conduct further hearing. This visit of Justice can play an important role in deciding the direction of the case, because after this a big decision can come in the hearing to be held on April 2.
During the last hearing, the High Court had made it clear that before starting the regular hearing in this case, the court itself wants to understand the real situation. Under this, this visit of Justice Vijay Kumar Shukla was decided.
The justice will reach Dhar around 1 pm on Tuesday afternoon and will inspect the Bhojshala complex. However, official information about how long this inspection will last has not been revealed yet.
The report of Archaeological Survey of India i.e. ASI is also playing an important role in the Bhojshala controversy. On the orders of the court, ASI had conducted a survey here for about 90 days and its report has also been released.
It has been claimed in the report that evidence of the existence of a temple has been found in Bhojshala. However, different parties have their own arguments regarding this report also. Now when the Justice himself will inspect the spot, it will be interesting to see what the court’s opinion is regarding this survey report.
A total of six petitions and one appeal are pending in the Indore bench of Madhya Pradesh High Court regarding the Bhojshala case. All these are being heard together. In these, their respective arguments have been presented by different parties. A PIL was also filed by the Jain community, which was heard recently.
ASI opposed this petition saying that it is not worthy of hearing. The court has currently sought a written reply on this and has decided whether it will be heard further on April 2 or not.
Now the next hearing of this entire case has been fixed on April 2. On this day the court will decide how the further process will proceed and which petitions will continue to be heard. This hearing has become even more important after Justice’s observation. It is believed that the court may take a major stand in this matter. This matter is very sensitive not only from legal but also from social and religious point of view, hence every decision can have a wide-ranging impact.
