Samsung has launched its new Galaxy Book 6 Series in India, which was earlier introduced in the UK and other markets. The series includes the Galaxy Book 6 Ultra, Galaxy Book 6 Pro, and the standard Galaxy Book 6 models. These new laptops are based on Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors, which work on Intel 18A architecture and Panther Lake platform. The special thing is that the Galaxy Book 6 series has been designed for AI-powered computing, long battery life and better multi-device connectivity, giving users a smart and great experience.
Samsung Galaxy Book 6 Ultra price in India starts from ₹2,42,990, which includes Intel Core Ultra 7 Series 3 processor.
The 14-inch Galaxy Book 6 Pro starts at ₹1,78,990, with Intel Core Ultra 5 Series 3, 16GB RAM, and 512GB storage.
Additionally, the 14-inch Galaxy Book 6 is priced starting at ₹1,27,990, which comes with the same configuration as the Pro model.
These three laptops will be available for sale through the company’s official website and Samsung’s offline stores. The Ultra and Pro models are offered in only one gray color, while the standard model has two colors, gray and silver, available.
The Galaxy Book 6 Ultra is designed for high-performance tasks. It includes Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPU, so that tasks like video editing, gaming and AI image generation can be done easily. The series supports up to 16 CPU cores, and according to the company, CPU performance is improved by up to 60% compared to the previous generation.
Samsung has introduced a new and improved cooling system in it, which includes a larger vapor chamber and better airflow design. The company claims that the cooling efficiency has been improved by up to 35%. Notably, the Ultra model features a dual-path fan system, which helps keep the laptop cool even during heavy usage.
The Galaxy Book 6 Pro and Ultra include Dynamic AMOLED 2X displays that support up to 1000 nits of HDR brightness and an adaptive refresh rate of 30Hz to 120Hz. At the same time, the standard Galaxy Book 6 has an IPS panel with WUXGA resolution.
In terms of battery, the company has claimed up to 30 hours of video playback in the Pro and Ultra models. Along with this, the Ultra variant has fast charging support, so that it can be charged up to 63% in just 30 minutes.
Samsung has also added Galaxy AI features to this series, such as AI Select and Note Assist, which make tasks easier. Additionally, cross-device features like Multi Control, Second Screen and Link to Windows are provided, allowing you to easily connect and work between your Galaxy devices.
