Unseasonal rain with thunder and lightning is set to lash several parts of Gujarat for the next two days starting today, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has warned. The sudden shift in Gujarat weather is being driven by the activation of three key systems — a cyclonic circulation, a western disturbance, and a rain-bearing trough — creating favourable conditions for widespread rainfall across the state.
