Jaiswal’s fifty, Jurel’s stormy innings; Gujarat has a target of 211

The 9th match of IPL 2026 is being played between Rajasthan Royals vs Gujarat Titans at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. After winning the toss, Rajasthan Royals came to bat first. After the explosive batting of Yashasvi Jaiswal and Dhruv Jurel, Rajasthan scored 210 runs against Gujarat after losing six wickets in 20 overs. To win, Gujarat Titans will have to score 211 runs.

 

Dhruv Jurel played a stormy innings against Gujarat Titans. He thrashed every bowler of GT. After the excellent start by Yashasvi Jaiswal and Vaibhav Suryavanshi, Dhruv Jurel played a brilliant inning of 75 runs in 42 balls. With the help of 5 fours and 5 sixes, the team’s score crossed 200 runs.

Jaiswal and Suryavanshi gave a strong start

The opening batting of Yashasvi Jaiswal and Vaibhav Suryavanshi gave an excellent start to Rajasthan. A stormy partnership of 70 runs was seen between the two in 38 balls. Ashok Sharma took one wicket for 37 runs in four overs. He sent explosive batsman Shimron Hetmyer back by dismissing him prematurely.

 

Mohammad Siraj proved to be very expensive in the first three overs. But gave only five runs in his last over and took the most important wicket of Dhruv Jurel. Siraj gave a total of 48 runs in 4 overs. Prasidh Krishna achieved a breakthrough by giving 43 runs in four overs.
