Materials:
2 cups of semolina
2 tbsp oil (for kneading the dough)
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 small semolina
2 pinches of asafoetida
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
Few curry leaves
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1.5 cups of water (the same cup used to measure semolina)
2 tablespoons gram flour (for extra crunch)
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

To make these crunchy snacks, first grind semolina finely in a mixer. Then keep this suji flour in a big bowl.
Now put a kadai on the gas and heat some oil in it. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds, ova, asafoetida, white sesame seeds, finely chopped curry leaves and chili flakes and saute on low flame. After that add 1.5 cup of water and let it heat a little and turn off the flame.
Add gram flour and salt to semolina flour and mix well. Now add the prepared garam masala water little by little and knead a soft dough. Be careful not to make the dough too stiff.
Once the dough is ready, apply some oil and make it soft. Then thin honeycomb waves with bigger waves. Cut it into small diamond or strip shapes with the help of a knife.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the pieces in it on low flame until golden. Fry until all the pieces are evenly crispy.
Hot and crispy semolina snacks are ready.
After cooling, store in an airtight container. It will be a great choice for tea time or light hunger.
