Tiger Shroff has sold his 4249 square feet 'U Pune' flat located in Hadapsar, Pune, to Cherries India for more than Rs 8 crore. He had bought this flat in 2024 for Rs 7.5 crore, which gave him a profit of about 18 percent. According to property registration data, the actor has sold his apartment in Hadapsar area of Pune for Rs 8.87 crore. This property is part of Panchshil Realty's YOO Pune project. Interestingly, the actor had purchased the same unit in March 2024 for Rs 7.5 crore, which gave him a total return of about 18.3% on investment.
Spread over 4,249 square feet, this apartment was sold at a price of Rs 20,891 per square foot. Registered on March 31, 2026, this deal also included three parking spaces. Document records show that under this deal, stamp duty of more than Rs 62 lakh and registration fee of Rs 30,000 was paid. The documents also reveal that the buyer is Cherries (India) Private Limited. This company had earlier taken this apartment on lease from Shroff at a monthly rent of Rs 3.5 lakh for five years.
