Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has released its manifesto for the West Bengal Assembly elections 2026, in which special focus has been placed on the economic strength and health facilities of women. Releasing the manifesto, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that this manifesto is going to give new hope to every section of the state and has been prepared in accordance with the developed India vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Help of Rs 3,000 every month for women

BJP has made a big announcement to empower women economically. The party has promised that if the government is formed, every woman will be given direct financial assistance of Rs 3,000 every month. This step is considered to be a relief especially for poor and middle class women. Along with this, emphasis has also been laid on strengthening the safety and self-reliance of women, so that they can carry on with their lives and work without fear.

Emphasis on Ayushman Bharat and health facilities

In the manifesto, special attention has also been given to improving health services. BJP has talked about further strengthening the Ayushman Bharat scheme, so that poor and needy families can get better treatment. A promise has also been made to provide free cancer screening facilities for women. Its objective is to identify the disease in its early stages and make treatment easier and cheaper. This can provide great relief to millions of women.

Shah said that BJP's manifesto is not just a document of promises, but a clear plan for the development of Bengal. He expressed confidence that this time the public will give a chance to BJP and the state will get a new direction, where women will get respect, security and better health facilities.
