This year's UK Eurovision Song Contest entrant Look Mum No Computer has confirmed the first live performance of his song Eins, Zwei, Drei will take place at the annual London Eurovision Party on April 19. Although the electronic artist, who hails from Kent and is a YouTuber, is due to take to the stage in Vienna, Austria in May. However, he has not yet performed the track live. Usually the UK entrant would have been on a heavy promotional trail at this stage. When contacted by Express.co.uk the BBC confirmed his appearance but declined to make any further comment.

The track, which blends Britpop with retro 1980s sounds, has proved controversial as it features a large portion of the chorus in German. Fans had their first listen on Friday, March 6 - but the German phrases caught many listeners off guard. As well as repeating German numbers one to three throughout the song, it also appears to take a jibe at British culture. "Counting in English doesn't cut the mustard," one part said. "So sick of munching roly-poly with custard. I'm so bored with it, bored with it."

Reacting to the track, one person wrote on X: "The UK's Eurovision entry this year could be the worst yet. Nil point all day."

A second quizzed: "Is our UK entry good, or is the hope getting me again? #Eurovision."

Despite some backlash, others praised the UK star, as " Someone else said: "This could potentially do better than Sam Ryder, holy moly, what a song."

The announcement Sam would finally take to the stage came on a big day for the star as he also shared the news he and his wife had welcomed a baby boy.

Taking to Instagram he posted a picture of his child, Max, wearing a yellow hat. He captioned it: "Speak soon everyone. Max born today happy healthy Back on it soon. Take care."

Sam's appearance at the London Eurovision Party marks another first for the event. They will also play host to chart-topping superstar Boy George who is set to take to the stage to perform his entry in the competition live for the first time. The Karma Chameleon hitmaker is a co-writer and also performs on Senhit's 2026 entry for San Marino entitled Superstar. However, the 64-year-old pop icon didn't appear on stage during the selection process for the song - instead, a video clip of him singing his part was used.

This led to speculation that he would not give an in-person performance at the event in Vienna, particularly since only Senhit's name is listed as a performer on the Eurovision website. However, it has now been confirmed he will be part of the official performance.

The London Eurovision Party will take place at Outernet on April 19 hosted by RuPaul's Drag Race vs The World winner Tia Kofi, Danish star Sissal, and Austrian Eurovision veteran César Sampson. Tickets are available via their website.
