This recruitment is being hailed as a golden opportunity for technically qualified youth to secure a government job. The number of vacancies is also substantial, comprising 252 posts for Electrician/Wireman, 130 for Electronics/Mechanic/Radio-TV, and 84 for Fitter. Furthermore, vacancies have also been announced for other positions; for details regarding these, you may visit the official website.

**How to Begin the Online Application Process**
To apply, candidates must first open Google on their mobile phone or computer and type `btsc.bihar.gov.in`. This will open the official website of the Bihar Technical Service Commission. Once on the website, you must carefully identify the advertisement number corresponding to the specific recruitment drive. If you hold an ITI qualification in the Electrician trade, you should click on the icon labeled "23/2026," which contains detailed information regarding the Instructor positions. As soon as you click on the "Apply" link, a new page will open (you may need to scroll down to view it), where the option for registration will appear. Clicking on "Registration" will initiate the first stage of the application process.

**Complete Procedure for Filling Out the Registration Form**
In the registration form, candidates are required to provide their basic personal details. This includes information such as their name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth, gender, religion, and category. Additionally, you must select your district and enter your email ID and mobile number. If you are currently employed in any government service, you must provide details regarding the same; otherwise, you may select "No." Finally, you will need to fill in your permanent and current residential addresses. In the next stage, you will be required to fill in your educational qualifications. This step mandates the submission of details regarding your Matriculation (10th Grade) and Intermediate (12th Grade) examinations, as well as your technical qualification—specifically, your ITI (Industrial Training Institute) details. Here, you must accurately enter information such as your Board, Year of Passing, Roll Number, Percentage, or Division, etc.

**ITI Details and OTP Verification**
Following this, the process moves forward to the stage where you must provide information related to your ITI certificate. You will need to specify whether your certificate was issued by the NCVT (National Council for Vocational Training), SCVT (State Council for Vocational Training), or any other recognized institution. You must also enter details such as your Year of Passing, Marks Obtained, Grade, etc. Upon the successful completion of this registration step, you will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) via email and on your registered mobile number; it is mandatory to enter this OTP to complete the verification process. Once verified, your registration slip will be generated. You are now required to pay the application fee—amounting to ₹100—which can be conveniently paid using UPI, a Debit Card, or Net Banking. Once the payment is successfully processed, you may proceed to the next stage of the application.

**Document Upload and Final Submission**
In the final stage, candidates are required to upload their supporting documents. This includes uploading a passport-sized photograph (in JPG format) and a scanned copy of your signature; the file size for both must fall within the specified limits. Additionally, you must upload your ITI certificate, ITI mark sheet, Class 10th mark sheet (serving as proof of date of birth), Domicile Certificate, Caste Certificate (if applicable), and a copy of your Aadhaar Card. After accurately filling in all the required information and uploading the necessary documents, you must carefully read the Declaration and proceed to make the Final Submission. With this step, your application will be considered complete. For your convenience, you may download the application receipt as a PDF file or print a hard copy for your records; subsequently, when the Admit Cards for the examination are released, you will be able to download yours using this registration reference.
