Mumbai: There is a shocking news for prepaid mobile users of the country. Telecom operator Bharti Airtel has made its popular 84-day recharge plan expensive. In this plan, 1.5 GB data is available daily. Earlier its price was Rs 859, which has now increased to Rs 899. According to a report by national media NDTV, there has also been a slight change in the benefits available with this recharge plan.
As per the new price, Airtel is offering 'Truly Unlimited' data in this prepaid plan of Rs 899. It offers unlimited voice calling in local, STD and roaming, 100 SMS daily and 1.5 GB data every day for 84 days. After the 1.5 GB daily data is exhausted, the internet speed will reduce to 64 kbps.
With this Rs 899 recharge, you will also get access to Adobe Express Premium for 12 months, Airtel spam alerts on incoming calls and messages and free HelloTunes as Airtel Rewards. You can change your Hellotune every 30 days. But, it seems that the RewardsMini subscription, which was earlier available with the Rs 859 plan and offered benefits like cashback, has now been removed. However, Bharti Airtel has not yet made any official announcement in this regard.
This increase follows the increase in the price of Bharti Airtel's Global International Roaming pack in February 2026. At that time, the price of Global International Roaming Pack was increased from Rs 4,000 to Rs 4,999.
