Various foods are prepared using mangoes. Many foods are made from hapus mango amras, mango poli, milkshake etc. But today we are going to tell you an easy recipe to make Bengali Sweet Mango Bhapa Doi. It is a pudding dish. You can make Mango Bhapa Doi if some want to try something new after getting tired of eating the same typical sweets all the time. Apart from this, you can make this dish to welcome guests at home or as a party dessert. Mango Bhapa Doi is a very famous dish in Bengal. Materials:
Ripe mango
curd
Condensed milk
Dried rose petals
Pistachio slices
Banana leaf

Action:
To make Mango Bhapa Doi, first of all, soak ripe mangoes in water for some time. This will reduce the screaming on them.
After that, remove the peel of the ripe mango and grind it finely by putting it in a mixer bowl.
Put a cloth on a sieve and take a bowl of curd on it and remove the water completely. Then knot the cloth and keep it like that for some time.
Take the drained curd in a large bowl and add mango paste, condensed milk and cardamom powder to it and mix well.
After the prepared mixture is well beaten, grease a baking tin with butter and put a round cut banana leaf in it.
Pour the prepared mixture over it, set it properly and pack it with silver foil. Then keep the mixture in the idli pot for 20 minutes to steam.
After steaming keep the tray in the fridge for 3 hours and take it out on a plate and decorate it with mango gar and pistachios, rose petals.
