TCS Scandal: Nashik of Maharashtra is in the news these days. The reason is- TCS i.e. Tata Consultancy Services. Company employees are accused of forced religious conversion and sexual harassment. The police have so far arrested many people in the case. However, the company’s process associate Nida Khan is still absconding. Police claim that she was involved in forced conversion. Police say that the search for him is going on.
Let us tell you, Nida had filed an anticipatory bail petition in Nashik court. While applying for bail, she had said that she was two months pregnant, due to which she should be granted relief from arrest. Hearing in the case took place on Monday. During this time the court refused to give him relief till 27th April. The court said that on April 27, both the anticipatory bail petition and the interim relief petition will be heard together.

Police have so far arrested eight accused in the case. Police officials said that most of the victims come from middle class families, whose age is between 21 and 30 years. She worked at the associate level and earned Rs 20,000 a month to support herself.

The victim female engineer told that from June 2025 to March 2026, 5 accused together sexually harassed her and hurt her religious sentiments. He said that the accused have made derogatory comments on Hindu deities. Female employees allege that their team leader used to touch them inappropriately on the pretext of training. The accused had made objectionable comments about her married life.

The victim has claimed that the accused used to harass her not only in the office but also on social media. He tried several times to block the accused but still the accused kept stalking him, due to which he had to seek legal help.
In this matter, TCS says that we have a zero tolerance policy against any kind of harassment and pressure for a long time. The company has suspended the employees involved in sexual harassment allegations. The company said that in the initial investigation we did not find any complaint from any female employee on our ethics channels. The company announced the formation of an oversight panel for internal investigation and involvement of external investigative agencies.
