Material
8 bread slices
1 cup grated paneer
1 medium onion (finely chopped)
2 green chillies (chopped)
1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chillies
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
2 tbsp coriander (chopped)
1 tablespoon of oil
Water (to soak the bread)

First heat some oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies to it and saute a little.
Now add chopped onion to it and saute till it becomes transparent.
Then add grated paneer and mix lightly. Add turmeric, red chillies, garam masala and salt to it and stir well.
Let this mixture cook for 2-3 minutes and finally add coriander and turn off the heat. Keep aside to cool.
Remove the edges of the bread slices. Soak each slice in light water and immediately press to remove excess water.
Put a little paneer on the soaked bread and roll it tightly into a roll shape.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these rolls on medium heat until golden and crispy.
