He told that in summer, water comes out rapidly from the body through sweat, hence it is very important to drink water from time to time. Along with this, consumption of seasonal fruits like mango and watermelon is also considered beneficial.
Dr. Ajay Rana advised that light colors and loose clothes should be worn in summer. This cools the body and reduces the effect of heat. He said that wearing too tight or thick clothes can increase the heat in the body, which increases the problem.
According to the doctor, people should try to go out in the afternoon only when absolutely necessary. If it is necessary to go out, cover your head and keep water with you. He said that strong sunlight and heat wave can affect the body rapidly. In such a situation, if you feel problems like weakness, dizziness, high fever or nervousness, you should immediately contact the doctor.
