Uttar Pradesh Cooperative Institutional Service Board (UPCISB Recruitment 2026) has started the application process for Combined Cooperative Banking, Non Banking and Technical Services Examination 2026. Eligible and interested candidates can fill the form from 25 April to 15 May 2026. This is also the last date for fee payment. The total number of vacancies is 2085. In which 486 posts are vacant for Junior Manager and 887 posts are vacant for Assistant or Cashier in District Cooperative Bank Limited. There are 131 vacancies for Junior Engineer in UP State Construction Co-operative Federation Limited and 80 vacancies in UP State Construction and Label Development Co-operative Federation Limited. Candidates will be appointed to various posts including Manager, Manager, Clerk, Stenographer in various District Cooperative Banks and Cooperative Federations of the state.
The prescribed age limit should be at least 21 years as on 1 January 2026. Maximum age limit is 40 years. Under government rules, reserved category candidates will also be given age relaxation.
Eligibility will depend on different posts. BA/B.Com/BBA/MBA/BTech/PG/PGDM in relevant field can apply. Candidates for the post of Junior Engineer should have the qualification of 3 years Engineering Diploma in the relevant field. Computer knowledge will also be mandatory for some posts. The eligibility criteria for Stenographer and Typist posts were decided separately. Detailed information to eligibility is available in the notification.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of online preliminary examination and main examination. Which will be organized by UPCISB. The preliminary exam will be of total 100 marks. Its duration will be 90 minutes. 100 questions will be asked. Candidates selected in this will be allowed to appear in the main examination. The number of questions in this will be 120. Total marks will be 200. The duration of the exam will be 120 minutes. Both preliminary examination and main examination will be conducted in online mode. Multiple choice questions will be asked. There will be four options for each question. Out of which candidates will have to choose one correct answer. There will be negative marking of 1/4 (25%) marks for each wrong answer. Salary will depend on individual post and institute.
