Adani Gas Total
Adani Total Gas has released the results for the March quarter (Q4) and the entire financial year. The company earned a profit of Rs 168.34 crore in the fourth quarter, which is about 9% more than last year's Rs 154.59 crore. At the same time, it has increased by about 8% from Rs 157.22 crore in December quarter. The company's revenue in this quarter was Rs 1,694.61 crore, which is about 16.6% more than Rs 1,453.37 crore in the same period last year.
The EBITDA of the company was Rs 300.32 crore, which was Rs 266 crore last year. However, EBITDA margin declined slightly to 17.72%, which was earlier 18.30%. This joint venture company of Adani Group and Total Energy supplies natural gas to industry, homes and vehicles in India.
The total revenue of the company in the financial year 2025-26 (FY26) was Rs 6,408.53 crore, which was Rs 5,411.68 crore last year. However, the profit for the whole year remained almost stable at Rs 655.72 crore, which is around Rs 654.41 crore of FY25.
The company has proposed to pay a final dividend of Rs 0.25 per share for FY26. This will come into effect after the approval of the shareholders.
The company's shares have risen by about 25% in April, whereas before that it was in decline for 5 consecutive months. For the first time after November 2024, such a big jump has been seen. However, the performance of the stock has been weak in the last 3 years and the overall decline has been about 84%. But the stock is up about 12% so far this year, due to the recent recovery.
