The draft of MPL Women's team will be held in the presence of MPCA President Mahaaryaman Scindia and Indian player Shikhar Dhawan. High Performance Center will be opened in Gwalior to provide proper training to the talent. Indian team's ace batsman Shikhar Dhawan and Mahanaryaman Scindia, who took Madhya Pradesh cricket to new heights, will be present in Gwalior on 30th April. In the presence of MPCA President Mahanaryaman Scindia and Shikhar Dhawan, two important programs will be organized with the aim of strengthening cricket in the state.
Dr. One HPC is going to be established in Aditya World Cricket Academy, Rohit Wadhwa, owner of Bundelkhand Bulls team of MPL, will operate this HPC. Rohit Wadhwa's Gwalior Chambal is trying to take the players to new heights through MPL and with the establishment of Dr. One High Performance Center in his school, the young teenagers of Gwalior Chambal will get better training facilities.

A draft will also be organized for women players under Madhya Pradesh Cricket Women League (MPL W). The best talents will be selected from more than 300 young women players from across the state. For which five MPL women teams will select players as per their respective strategy.
MPL Women started in 2025. In the first season, there were only 3 teams. After this, with the addition of 2 new teams, now 5 women teams will compete against each other.
