×UP: Massive fire breaks out at Gaur Green Avenue residential complex in Ghaziabad
A massive fire broke out on Wednesday at the Gaur Green Avenue residential complex located in the Abhay Khand area of Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, causing panic among residents of the housing society.
According to officials, fire tenders were immediately rushed to the spot after the incident was reported, and multiple teams are currently engaged in firefighting operations to contain the blaze and prevent it from spreading to adjacent buildings.

Residents were seen evacuating the premises as thick smoke engulfed parts of the complex. The exact cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained, and authorities are investigating the incident.
Chief Fire Officer (CFO) Rahul Kumar told ANI, “There are no casualties. Some people were trapped. The fire service has safely evacuated them. There were five to six flats, from the ninth to the eleventh floor; some were closed, some were open. The fire is being extinguished. More than seventeen of our vehicles are present at the scene. Hydraulics are also present.”
He added, “We have completely controlled the fire. Some flats were empty, and some were partially damaged...”
